A FOI application can be submitted in the following ways:

Be specific and avoid making broad or general requests such as 'please provide all records related to me'.
If your application does not include specific details it will be returned.
If you want to access information about other people you must get their signed written consent and attach it to your application.
If you are unable to get their consent our staff may try to contact them.
Include the application fee with your application.
Show proof of your identity at a police station or upload copies if submitted online.
The fee may be waived if you are a concession, unemployment, pensioner or full time student card holder. Upload a verified copy of the card to your online application or show at a police station with your PD360 form.
You may have to pay additional costs for:
