Safer Internet Day
Each year, the eSafety Commissioner runs Safer Internet Day to bring together communities, schools and organisations across the globe with the aim of promoting safer online spaces.
This year, Safer Internet Day is being held on Tuesday, 11 February 2025, and eSafety is encouraging everyone to take simple actions to make the internet better.
In today’s digital world, online safety is more important than ever. The increasing reliance on social media and connected devices means that we and our loved ones may not be as protected as we think. Online safety and awareness are crucial as we are exposed to harmful content, hate speech and other online threats.
