Each year, the eSafety Commissioner runs Safer Internet Day to bring together communities, schools and organisations across the globe with the aim of promoting safer online spaces.
This year, Safer Internet Day is being held on Tuesday, 11 February 2025, and eSafety is encouraging everyone to take simple actions to make the internet better.
In today’s digital world, online safety is more important than ever. Online safety and awareness are crucial as we are exposed to harmful content, hate speech and other online threats.
Let's look at the numbers that remind us why online safety is so important.
In support of Safer Internet Day, SAPOL has created a video highlighting tips and tricks to help you have a more positive online experience. You can check out the video by clicking on the below link.
