Pathway to Policing

Interested in a career in policing?

Thebarton Senior College has partnered with South Australia Police to offer the Pathway to Policing Program.

This program provides Year 12 students with the opportunity to undertake studies as a career pathway to join the South Australia Police as a police officer, police security officer or other employment opportunities. The program focusses on skills essential for policing - interpersonal skills; critical thinking; and problem solving.

The 2024 Course is comprised of five SACE Stage 2 subjects, including a research project, information processing and publishing, essential English, workplace practices; and fitness and wellbeing.Thebarton Senior College is a senior specialist secondary school located just outside of Adelaide. The college serves a diverse student population aged mainly between 16-25 years.
