Update: Serious crash in the Barossa Valley

Just after 4pm on Thursday 27 June, patrols were called to Germantown Road after reports of a crash involving a car and a bus.

The driver of the car, an 18-year-old local woman, suffered serious injuries and is being flown to hospital for treatment.

The driver of the bus, a 45-year-old man from Rosewater, was taken to hospital where he is being treated for minor injuries.

Two passengers on the bus suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene.

Germantown Road was closed to all traffic but has now reopened.

Major Crash Investigators are attending the scene.
