Speeding driver stopped at Gomersal

About 9pm on Monday 3 March, police detected a Ford 4WD travelling on Gomersal Road at 129km/h in a 90km/h speed zone.

Police stopped the driver a 24-year-old man from Munno Para and submitted him to a breath test where he allegedly produced a positive reading of 0.150.

The man was reported for drink driving and exceed speed.

His vehicle was impounded for 28-days, and he was issued a 12-month instant loss of licence.

He will be summonsed to appear in Court at a later date.
