Update: Man wanted over CBD assault arrested

About 4.10am on Sunday 1 December, a victim was walking south on Morphett Street near Halls Place when a man ran up behind her and assaulted her causing her to fall to the ground. The man then ran west along Halls Place.

Following an investigation, Eastern District Detectives located and arrested a 28-year-old Torrensville man. He has been charged with assault cause harm and indecent assault. He will be refused bail and is expected to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
