Bike thief arrested in CBD

About 11.40am on Thursday 6 March the victim reported his e-bike had been stolen from Frome Road.

The victim had fitted a tracking device to the bike and was able to provide police the movements of the bike.

Patrols were in the area and quickly located the suspect riding the bike on Hutt Street.

The 59-year-old man from Novar Gardens arrested and has been charged with theft. He has been bailed to attend Adelaide Magistrates Court on 24 April.
