Breaker in north-eastern suburbs arrested

A total of 35 charges have been laid against a man following the investigation into a series of business break-ins in the north-eastern suburbs.

Since 6 March, police have received a number of reports of break-ins to businesses in the early hours of the morning across Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs.

Eastern District police have been actively investigating these incidents and were able to identify a suspect.

Yesterday (Tuesday 25 March), Detectives attended an address in the CBD and arrested a 41-year-old man Adelaide man.

He was charged with 35 charges comprising of non-residential serious criminal trespass and theft.

He was refused bail and is expected to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
