Drink driver crashes at Windsor Gardens

About 2am Tuesday 10 December police were called to Danby Avenue after reports a Hyundai Getz that had been travelling west had crashed into a parked car before losing control, spinning and crashing into the gutter.

When police arrived they located the driver of the Hyundai, a 57-year-old Windsor Gardens woman, and submitted her to a breath test. The woman allegedly returned a positive reading of 0.124.

She was reported for drink driving and lost her licence on the spot for six months. Her car was towed from the scene and she will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court at a later date.
