A traffic stop has led to the arrest of a man for drug offences in the southern suburbs.
Just before 8pm on Wednesday 25 December, patrols stopped a grey Porsche on Cross Road at South Plympton for a random driver test.
The driver, a 41-year-old man from Kidman Park submitted to a driver drug test where he provided a positive result for methamphetamine.
The car was searched and police located about 35 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The man was issued a three-month immediate loss of licence and a 24-hour driver direction notice.
He was arrested and charged with trafficking a controlled drug. He was granted police bail to appear in Adelaide Magistrates Court on 23 January.
