Five-car crash at Hectorville

The collision occurred at the intersection of Hectorville Road and Montacute Road, Hectorville about 8.45am on Wednesday 4 December.

Fortunately, there were no injuries, however one driver, a 30-year-old woman, was taken to hospital by ambulance as a precaution.

A 35-year-old woman from Rostrevor was issued with an expiation notice for follow too close.

Three of the five vehicles needed to be towed from the scene.
