Home destroyed by fire at Valley View

About 2.46am Thursday 19 December, emergency services responded to reports of a house fire on Wright Road.

Fire crews found the house fully involved in fire but fortunately they were able to stop the fire spreading to neighbouring homes.

Fortunately, nobody was home at the time and the investigation into the possible cause is continuing. Crime scene examiners will attend the scene later this morning.
