Police have released images of three suspects allegedly involved in a break-in at Magill on Tuesday.
About 7.30am on Tuesday 25 March, two unknown males entered a home at Magill after smashing the glass on the front door. One of the men threatened the occupant with an iron bar and demanded his valuables. He second suspect was armed with a machete.
The two suspects assaulted the homeowner and stole cash before being running off.
They were met by a third suspect outside the home and all three were last seen running east on Winchester Avenue.
The first suspect was described as being of Caucasian appearance, 180cm tall with a slim build and was wearing dark clothing and a balaclava over his face.
The second suspect was described as being of Caucasian appearance and wearing a dark cap and black bandana covering his face.
As a result of the incident, the victim sustained a cut to the back of his head and bruising to his face and hands.
Eastern District CIB are investigating the incident and have obtained CCTV images of the suspects.
