A man has been arrested after being caught red handed in Kent Town this morning.
Just after 4.30am (Monday 2 December), police were called to a building site at the corner of The Parade West and Rundle Street after reports a person was captured on CCTV walking around the premises in possession of a milk crate.
Patrols quickly attended and cordoned the premises off. Upon arrival, patrols spotted the man walking around the second story of the building. The man was directed to exit the premises by patrols and upon exiting he was arrested.
The 30-year-old man from Adelaide was charged with unlawfully on premises and theft. He has been bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 31 January.
