Pedistrain hit by car at Felixstow

A pedestrian has been stuck by a car at Felixstow this morning.

Just after 3.30am, Saturday 22 February emergency services were called to Payneham Road at the intersection of Hilltop Avenue after reports a pedestrian had been hit by a Toyota sedan.

The man, a 77-year-old from Hectorville was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Toyota a 30-year-old man was not injured.

Anyone who witnesses the crash or has dashcam or CCTV footage is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
