A pedestrian sustained serious injuries when he was struck by a car at Eastwood yesterday afternoon.
Just after 4pm on Tuesday 18 February, emergency services were called to Greenhill Road, Eastwood after reports that a Toyota Kluger station wagon had collided with a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a 40-year-old Glandore man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver, a 39-year-old man from Henley Beach South, was not physically injured in the crash.
Major Crash officers attended to assist traffic patrols examine the scene.
The collision caused delays for westbound traffic until emergency services cleared the scene and the car was towed away about 6.30pm.
Investigations into the crash are continuing.
