Stabbing at Paradise

About 2.45am on Thursday 26 December, police and emergency services were called to Philip Street after reports a man had been stabbed.

Police arrived and located a 36-year-old man from the address, who had suffered a stab wound to his arm.  The man was conveyed to hospital by SAAS crews where he is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Police would like to reassure the public that this was not a random incident with both parties known to each other.
