Stuck between a log and a hard place

About 12.30am this morning (Monday 10 March) police were called to a car park off of Botanic Grove after a Subaru WRX lost control leaving the roadway and became wedged between two large wooden logs.

The driver, a 43-year-old Campbelltown man, was breath tested allegedly returning a positive reading of 0.180 – over three times the limit.

He was reported for drink driving and lost his licence on the spot for 12 months. His car was towed from the garden bed and impounded for 28 days.
