Suspicious fire at business in Hectorville

Just after 5.30am this morning (Friday 21 February) Police and MFS were called to Glynburn Road after reports of a fire at a business premises.

When MFS arrived, the blaze had been extinguished with minor damage caused to the front of the shop.

Crime scene investigators will attend and examine scene this morning. At this time, the cause of the fire is suspicious.

Investigations are in the early stages and police will establish if there is any links to Operation Eclipse.
