Break in at Whyalla Playford

Just after 11.00pm on Thursday 9 January the victim was at home when a group of masked people entered the property and assaulted the occupant, stealing a safe from the property.

The 23 year old victim attended a Playford Avenue property seeking assistance.

Police searched the area and were unable to locate the suspects at this time.

The 23 year old victim was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.

The incident is not believed to be random.
