Drink drivers reported

Just after 5.40 pm, Tuesday 31 December police stopped a vehicle on Jenkins Avenue at Whyalla Norrie and submitted the driver to a breath test. The 54-year-old driver returned a positive result of 0.095.

About 8.15 pm, Wednesday 1 January, police stopped a vehicle on George Street at Ceduna and submitted the driver to a breathtest. The 22-year-old woman returned a positive result of 0.086.

Just before 2am, Wednesday 1 January, police stopped a vehicle on Wells Street at Streaky Bay and submitted the driver to a breath test. The 20-year-old man returned a positive result of 0.142.

All three drivers were issued a six month loss of licence and were reported for drink driving. They will be summonsed to appear in the Magistrates Court at a later date.
