Two men have been arrested after an attempted break-in at Port Lincoln.
It will be alleged that about 11.29am on Tuesday 29 October, a woman called police after seeing two men wearing balaclavas trying to break into her house.
The men left the scene in a ute. The woman was not approached by the men.
Police searched the area and located the vehicle a few hours later in Duncan Avenue.
One of the occupants, a 27-year-old local man was arrested and charged with fail to truly answer, indecent behaviour and possess drug equipment. The other man, a 32-year-old local man was charged with fail to truly answer. Both men were bailed to appear in the Port Lincoln Magistrates Court on 21 November.
Investigations continue into the attempted break-in.
Port Lincoln Police wish to continue to remind members of the public to ensure that they keep their houses and cars locked and to ensure that valuables are secure and not left for thieves to find.
