Arrest after hotel break-in

A man has been arrested after breaking into a hotel in Port Augusta West.
It will be alleged that about 4am today (Wednesday 12 February), a man broke into the Loudon Road hotel and stole three bottles of alcohol.
Later today, police located the same man who was wearing the same clothing at the time of the break-in.
The 32-year-old Port Augusta man was charged with serious criminal trespass and theft.
He was refused bail to appear in the Port Augusta Magistrates Court tomorrow.
