Break in at Port Augusta

About 3.30am Wednesday 15 January the victim was at his Stuart Terrace home when two masked men broke in. The victim was allegedly assaulted before the men took personal belongings including the victims dog, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

When police arrived a short time later the dog returned home of its own accord unharmed.

Police are appealing for any witnesses that may have observed two men and a dog in the Stuart Terrace area this morning
