Update: Arrest following serious assault

About 10.15am on Saturday 8 March, emergency services were called to a home in Sayner Court after reports a person was unconscious.

The victim, a 40-year-old man from Queenstown, suffered critical injuries and was flown to an Adelaide hospital where he is being treated.

A 29-year-old man from Taperoo was arrested at the address and he has been charged with committing assault that causes harm.

Although the investigation is in its early stages it is believed the men are known to each other.
