Drink driver in Mount Gambier

Just after 3am, Sunday 15 December, police were on Arbor Street when they stopped a black Honda sedan and submitted the driver to a breath test.

The 27-year-old driver returned a positive result of 0.185, over three times the legal limit.

The man was reported for drink driving and issued a 12 month loss of licence. He will be summonsed to appear in the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court at a later date.
