Grass fire in Tantanoola

Police are seeking the assistance of the public regarding the investigation of a fire in the state's south-east.

Just after 6.30pm on Monday 14 April, police and CFS crews were called to Mile Hill Road, Tantanoola after reports of a grass fire.

Fire crews were quickly on scene and battled the blaze for several hours.

Thankfully there were no reports of any injuries, and no properties were damaged.

The fire is believed to be suspicious.
