Boat driver faces further charges

A 43-year-old woman from Mannum has today, Friday 7 March been arrested for hinder following investigation into a boat crash on the River Murray at Mannum on 26 January.

The woman failed to answer questions under the authority of the Harbours and Navigation Act .

She has charged with Hinder and has been bailed to appear in the Murray Bridge Magistrates Court on 4th June 2025.

Police remind all vessel operators that operating a vessel whilst intoxicated, distracted or without due care can have devastating effects and can cost you your licence you are you will be arrested.
