On Friday 13 December, Murray Bridge Police were on Old Swanport Road when a white Holden was stopped and the driver was spoken to. Checks on the 19-year-old woman revealed that she was driving without a licence. She was reported for driving whilst suspected and will be summonsed to appear in the Murray Bridge Magistrates Court at a later date.

On Friday 13 December, Murray Bridge Police were on River Terrace when a green Mitsubishi was stopped and the driver spoken to. Checks on the 53-year-old-man from Cadell, revealed was driving without a licence. He was reported for driving without a licence and will be summonsed to appear in the Berri Magistrates Court at a later date.

About 12.30 am, Saturday 14 December, Berri police were on the Sturt Highway at Renmark when they observed a silver Holden SUV driving without any headlights. Patrols stopped the driver who failed to was not able to produce a valid drivers licence. Checks revealed the driver did not hold a drivers licence. The 36-year-old woman from Lewiston was arrested and charged with failing to comply with a driver direction, driving without lights and driving without a licence. She was bailed to appear in the Berri Magistrates Court on 20 January 2025.

On Saturday 14 December, Murray Bridge patrols stopped a vehicle on Buckland Avenue and submitted the driver to a breath test. The driver returned a positive result of 0.043. Further checks revealed the 21-year-old from Murray Bridge was unlicensed and over the limit. He was expiated for drink driving and reported for drink driving. He will be summonsed to appear in the Murray Bridge Magistrates Court at a later date.

On Monday 16 December, Berri Police were on Draper Road when they observed a maroon ford SUV doing burnouts. Patrols stopped the driver nearby and submitted him to a breath test which returned a positive result of 0.076. The 29-year-old was reported for misuse of a motor vehicle and issued an expiation notice for exceeding the legal limit. He will be summonsed to appear in Berri Magistrates Court at a later date.

On Saturday 14 December, Police were on Strangman Road at Waikerie when a white Holden sedan was stopped and the driver submitted to a drug test. The 41-year-old driver from Waikerie tested positive to Methamphetamine and Cannabis. He was issued a three month loss of licence and his sample will be submitted for further analysis.

On Sunday 15 December, police were on the Sturt Highway at Paisley when they stopped a white Holden sedan and submitted the driver to a drug test. The 39-year-old man from Munno Para West returned a positive result to Cannabis. He was issued a three month loss of licence and his sample will be submitted for further analysis.

On Sunday 15 December, police were on Reedy Creek Road at Pallamana when they stopped a truck driver and submitted him to a drug test. The 48-year-old man from Mannum returned a positive result for Methamphetamine. He was issued a three month loss of licence and his sample will be submitted for further analysis.

On Saturday 14 December, Murray Malle Police were conducting speed detection duties on the Sturt Highway when a driver was clocked traveling at 125km/h in a 80km/h zone. The driver was stopped and issued an on the spot expiation notice for exceeding the speed limit and was issued a 6-month loss of licence.

On Sunday 15 December, Berri police were conducting speed detection duties on Old Sturt Highway at Glossip when a vehicle was clocked driving 70km/h in a 60km/h zone. The driver was stopped, checks revealed the 67-year-old man's licence was suspended. He was reported for driving suspended, exceeding the speed limit and his vehicle was impounded. He will be summonsed to appear in the Berri Magistrates Court at a later date.
