Police crackdown on bad behaviour at Berri

Riverland police have made several arrests relating to continuing issues on Vaughan Terrace, Berri, such as drinking in a dry zone, and general disruption of the peace.

In the past six weeks, six arrests have been made for offences including disorderly behaviour, breach of bail, theft, and warrants.

Four of these arrests involved the same 47-year-old woman and 46-year-old man, who have been causing regular issues.

In addition, numerous fines have been issued over the six weeks for drinking in a dry zone, and possession of cannabis.

Anyone witnessing an offence, or who requires police assistance, are encouraged to call police on 131 444.
