Shocking theft in Waikerie

Police are investigating the theft of a defibrillator from a public swimming pool in Waikerie.

Sometime between 10am Friday 13 December and 4pm on Monday 16 December the defibrillator, installed in public places to save lives, was stolen from the town swimming pool on Sichler Street.

This piece of equipment is vital in keeping people safe and could potentially save a persons life.
