Disturbance at Elizabeth South

Police were called to Bubner Street, Elizabeth South just after 12pm today (Thursday 23 January) after reports a Holden sedan hit two men at the front of the home. The driver of the Holden then drove off.

An 18-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. A second man did not need medical treatment.

An altercation is believed to have occurred between the two parties just prior to the incident.

This is not a random incident, and the people involved are known to each other.

Northern District police are investigating the incident and are following positive lines of enquiry.
