Drink driver in Parafield Gardens

A driver has lost his licence for six months after he was caught drink driving in Parafield Gardens.

It will be alleged that just after 1am today (Monday 13 January) police were tasked to a collision involving a car colliding into a fence at a school on Salisbury Highway.

Police located the driver, a 26-year-old man from Elizabeth East at the scene who underwent a breath test returning a positive result of 0.132.

The man was reported for drink driving and aggravated due care, he was issued a six-month immediate loss of licence and will be summonsed to court at a later stage.
