Update - Further arrests after incident in Para Hills

Three further men have been arrested following a large fight at Para Hills this morning.

About 3.20am today (Thursday 6 March), police were called to Warrigal Street after reports of a large fight on the street.

When police arrived three men ran from the scene in various directions and police gave chase.

Patrols found a 19-year-old man from Valley View and 25-year-old man from Ascot Park with stab wounds to the upper body in the street.

Police searched the area and located a 17-year-old boy from Windsor Gardens, a 20-year-old man from Elizabeth Vale, an 18-year-old man from Paralowie and an 18-year-old man who were arrested and charged with aggravated affray.

The group are expected to be refused bail and appear in Elizabeth Magistrates Court and Youth Court later today.

The two injured parties were taken to hospital with serious non-life-threatening injuries by ambulance for treatment. They have since been discharged and arrested for affray. They have been refused bail and will appear before the Adelaide Magistrates Court this afternoon.

Following investigations a 19-year-old man was arrested at a Para Hills home this morning. He has been charged with affray, he has been refused bail and will appear before the Elizabeth Magistrates Court this afternoon.

The matter is not considered random with all parties known to each other.
