Northern District detectives arrested a man yesterday after a string of hardware store thefts across Adelaide.
Between September 2024 and March 2025, police allege that multiple hardware stores were targeted by a man who stole various high value power tools, with the total value of items over $10,000.
After a lengthy investigation, detectives arrested a 49-year-old man from Henley Beach South, charging him with multiple counts of theft and driving disqualified. He was refused police bail and will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrate Court today, Wednesday 26 March.
