House fire at Elizabeth Park

Just after 10.00 pm, Saturday 15 June police and fire crews were called to Innes Street, Elizabeth Park after reports of a house fire.

MFS crews attended and extinguished the blaze however there was extensive damage caused to the home. The sole occupant, a 67-year-old man, was home at the time but thankfully did not sustain any injuries.

Following investigations, Detectives have identified a vehicle (pictured) that was captured by CCTV footage leaving the scene, the occupants of this car are believed to be involved.
