Man injured in scooter crash at Davoren Park

About 12.10am today (Friday 14 March), police and emergency services were called to Peachey Road after reports that a man was riding an electric scooter travelling south, when he crashed and fell near Bratton Street.

The rider, a 42-year-old Davoren Park man was taken to hospital with serious head injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening.

Police suspect that the rider was not wearing a helmet.
