Marbles thrown at motorist at Elizabeth

About 9.10pm on Tuesday 25 February, a man was driving along Main North Road before stopping at the intersection of Ifould Road. While stationary, several projectiles were thrown at the vehicle causing damage to the front windscreen.

Upon further inspection, the victim located a number of marbles on the ground surrounding the car.

Northern District Police are investigating the incident and are looking for any witnesses or drivers with dash cam footage that may assist in identifying the suspects involved in the matter.

Police suspect that other vehicles may have also been damaged and are urging motorists to come forward and report any damage.
