A woman has been arrested for traffic offences at Fairview Park last night.
About 7.50pm on Wednesday 20 November, police attempted to stop a Subaru sedan on Bicentennial Drive, Golden Grove however the driver refused to stop. It was followed on to The Grove Way but then sped off.
PolAir was up at the time and tracked the car along Yatala Vale Road and into the backstreets of Fairview Park.
A man and woman left the vehicle and attempted to walk off but were soon stopped by attending patrols.
The car was subsequently impounded.
A 43-year-old woman from Queenstown was arrested for numerous offences including driving at a speed dangerous, failing to truly answer questions and driving with an expired licence. She was bailed to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on 8 January.
A 34-year-old Golden Grove man was arrested and charged with failing to truly answer questions and bailed to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on 24 December.
