A woman will appear in court after crashing her car while under the influence at Elizabeth South.
It will be alleged that about 11.45pm on Tuesday 8 January, police and emergency services were called to the Philip Highway near Swan Crescent after reports that a Hyundai sedan had crashed into a fence.
The driver, a 27-year-old Elizabeth Vale woman underwent a breath test and returned a positive reading of 0.187.
She was reported for drink-driving and driving unlicenced (never held).
The driver was issued a 12-month immediate loss of licence notice and she will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
