Police are investigating an incident at Plympton Park last night and are seeking help from the public.
About 6.30pm on Wednesday 26 February, two men were working on a car in the driveway of their Ferry Avenue home when they were approached by four men wearing face coverings.
The suspects were armed with weapons at the time, and one was carrying a firearm.
Two of the men remained in the driveway demanding the victims lay on the ground while the other two men entered the rear of the property and smashed a window. No entry was gained to the home.
After demanding keys to the vehicle in the driveway, the suspects left empty handed. Thankfully no one was physically injured.
The four suspects were last seen on foot heading in a northerly direction along Ferry Avenue.
The four suspects were described as wearing dark clothing of average height and build.
Investigators would like to hear from any motorists who may have dash-cam footage while driving along Ferry Avenue or nearby side streets including Shakespeare Avenue, Hawker Street, Blacker Avenue and Park Terrace at about 6.30pm last night.
Anyone with information on the incident or possible CCTV is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at www.crimestopperssa.com.au or on 1800 333 000. You can remain anonymous.
