Car fire at Whites Valley

Just after 1am today (Friday 14 March), police and emergency services were called to Bayliss Road after reports that a grey Chery station wagon was on fire.

The flames were extinguished by fire crews, but the vehicle was extensively damaged.

The vehicle had been parked on the side of the road since about 4pm on Thursday 13 March.

Police suspect the fire may have been deliberately lit.
