JACET arrest in Southern Suburbs

On Monday 9 December police from the Joint Anti Child Exploitation Team, a joint team between the South Australia Police and the Australian Federal Police, arrested and charged a 46-year-old man from the southern suburbs for distributing invasive images.

It will be alleged the man created, uploaded and distributed invasive images of women without their knowledge or permission. The man was bailed to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on 21 January 2025.

Detective Chief Inspector Matthew Lyons said; "This investigation is ongoing with a significant quantity of digital evidence to be reviewed. Our specialists are working tirelessly to identify women who may be victims of this alleged offending.”
