Suspicious car fire

Just before 5am on Thursday 13 June, emergency services were called to Ella Crescent at O’Halloran Hill after reports of a car on fire.

MFS crews were quickly on scene and extinguished the blaze which completely destroyed the white BMW sedan.

The fire appeared to have started in the backseat area of the car however the cause of the fire is under investigation and Crime Scene officers will be attending the scene this morning.

Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the fire.
