Suspicious car fire Novar Gardens

About 3.45am on Sunday 15 December, police and fire crews were called to Thomson Court after reports of a car on fire.

Patrols located the Jeep Grand Cherokee burnt out at the end of the culdesac.  Fortunately, the fire was contained to the vehicle however checks revealed that the car had been stolen the previous day from a Brighton address.

Patrols searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
