Two men have been taken to hospital after a fire at Happy Valley.
It will be alleged that about 9.17pm on Wednesday 23 April, police and MFS crews were called to a house on Reynell Road following a report of an explosion and fire at the rear of the property.
A 23-year-old Happy Valley man and a 21-year-old Edwardstown man were taken to hospital with serious burns to their hands. Their injuries are not life-threatening.
Southern District CIB detectives attended the address and conducted a search, locating equipment used in a small butane honey oil (BHO) lab, designed to extract cannabis oil.
Police also found three kilograms of loose cannabis and equipment used to make vape pens.
Officers conducted a search of an Edwardstown address where they located a further 2.17 kilograms of cannabis and approximately 400 grams of cannabis butter.
Investigations are continuing in relation to trafficking cannabis and manufacturing cannabis oil, with the two men expected to be interviewed by detectives.
