Extreme speeder caught in Littlehampton

Just before 2pm today Saturday 12 April, police were conducting speed detection duties on the South Eastern Freeway, Littlehampton when they detected an Audi sedan travelling 195 km/h in a signed 110km/h zone.

Police stopped the car and spoke with the driver a 27-year-old man from Sturt.

The driver was reported for extreme speed, issued a 12-month immediate loss of licence and his car was impounded for 28 days.

He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
