A high range drink driver has been reported after a crash at Davoren Park this morning.
Police were called to Heytesbury Road about 10.20am on Sunday 20 October after a Hyundai SUV hit a curb and popped a tyre.
The driver was attempting to change the damaged front tyre when patrols arrived at the scene.
Police submitted the driver to a breath test where she allegedly produced a blood alcohol reading of 0.324, more than six times the legal limit for a fully licensed driver.
Checks on her licence revealed that she held a provisional licence.
A 36-year-old woman from Elizabeth South was reported for drink driving and breaching the conditions of her provisional licence. She was issued with a twelve-month instant loss of licence and her car was impounded. The woman will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
