A woman has been taken to hospital in a life-threatening condition after suffering injures in a crash at Barmera.
Just before 8pm on Sunday 23 March, Police and emergency services attended Queen Elizabeth Drive after reports that a woman riding a push scooter had been struck by a car.
The rider, a 37-year-old woman from Barmera, suffered life threatening injuries and was airlifted to hospital for treatment.
The driver, a 70-year-old man from Risdon Park South, was not injured. He underwent mandatory drug and alcohol testing and is assisting Police with enquiries.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
