Serious crash at Blewitt Springs

About 2.15am on Friday 18 April, police and emergency services responded to a single vehicle crash on Schuller Road. A Holden sedan had crashed into a tree.

The driver, a 21-year-old man from Mclaren Flat, was seriously injured and was rushed to hospital for treatment. His injuries are not considered life threatening at this time.

His passenger, a 42-year-old man from Blewitt Springs, sustained minor injuries.

Major Crash Investigators attended the scene and investigated the circumstances surrounding the crash.

Schuller Road remains closed but is expected to reopen within the hour.
